A few years after his getaway from imprisonment Caesar heads a huge settlement of gorillas and chimps carrying on with an independent life in the forest external San Francisco. In the actual city an exhausted gathering of Simian Influenza survivors battle to exist, their best expectation being to revive a hydro-electric dam which will reestablish their force. Anyway to arrive at it they should go through Caesar’s area.
Gathering pioneer Malcolm and Caesar have a common regard which permits the reclamation to occur yet Caesar’s disenchanted lieutenant Koba, a casualty of creature experimentation, has no such confidence in people and usurps Caesar, driving a full-scale assault on the city, the vast majority of whose occupants view the primates as savages and a wild fight happens. It is down to Caesar and Malcolm to join the voices of reason together to restore a harmony which will help the two camps.
