After receiving a false emergency call late at night, police hurried to Jennifer Aniston’s Bel-Air house. Called “swatting,” this prank fools police into responding heavily to a bogus alert.
Jennifer’s security staff greeted the officers at the entrance. Jennifer herself emerged to inform the authorities she was fine. The cops understood right once the call was a scam.
Examining the event is the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD). They have observed Jennifer’s address meant to stop this from happening once more. Other celebs who have fallen prey to swatting include Chris Brown, Rihanna, and Justin Bieber.
The LAPD is investigating who made the bogus call since they take this seriously. Swatting squanders police funds and is harmful. For the people engaged, it also generates a great deal of stress.
