The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift

Sean Boswell, who has become an outsider. A loner at high school, his only link with the indifferent world around him is via illegal street racing — which renders him particularly unpopular with the neighborhood authorities. Avoiding jail time, Sean is sent straight from the country to settle for his Farther during the military, during a cramped apartment during a low-rent portion of Tokyo. On the land that gave birth to virtually all modified racers traveling, the straightforward street race is replaced by the final pedal-to-the-metal, gravity-defying automotive challenge – drift racing, a deadly mix off brutal speed on heart stopping courses of hairpin turns and switchbacks. For his first unsuccessful foray in drift racing, Shean unknowingly assumes D.K., the “Drift King,” with ties to Yakuza, the Japanese crime machine.
