Tupac Shakur frequently discussed Sean “Diddy” Combs in the years preceding his death. Tupac believed Diddy might have participated in some events leading to his passing.
In 1994 Tupac was shot but recovered. Following the attack, he began to wonder if Diddy might have known about it. When Tupac saw Diddy and others following the shooting, he became uncomfortable with their behaviour. Their actions sounded odd to him, hence he started to question whether they knew about the attack previously.
Tupac was shot once more in 1996—this time fatally. Years later, Duane “Kee D” Davis said Diddy had paid him money to assassinate Tupac and another rapper, Suge Knight. Davis said Diddy wanted Tupac gone and was furious with him.
Diddy has long refuted these assertions. He said he had nothing bearing on the Tupac attacks. Diddy was never a suspect under investigation, the cops have also said.
The whole truth of Tupac’s death is yet unknown even today. Many still question the circumstances surrounding his murder and whether Diddy had any involvement in it.
